Crudo at East Anchor Seafood


Known for his critically adored Madrona pasta shop Vendemmia, chef Brian Clevenger recently opened a seafood shop next door called East Anchor Seafood. For the first time, he'll discuss the ins-and-outs of crudo (raw seafood), including butchery skills, hamachi (such as whole yellow tail and salmon), oysters, local fish (Neah Bay, Alaska) and quick-cured fish. Cost is $99 and includes food, wine and gratuity.
